Comment by Idaho Spud on January 14, 2013 at 8:06am Thanks Patricia. Spawning Salmon, that explains it, but I'm still amazed that they come by the thousands.

Comment by booklover on January 13, 2013 at 4:01pm Spud, no, hers weren't about toucans. They were just random. One I can't remember started with something like "Betty Botter bought a bit of bitter butter". Even that line could be wrong. It went on to say it made her batter bitter... lol. That was just one of many.
Comment by Idaho Spud on January 13, 2013 at 3:49pm Melinda, did your grandmother have more than one about Tucans?
Joan, I've not heard the thistle thistler's daughter. I sounds like it would be difficult to pronounce.
Tony, I didn't know eagles congregated. Perhaps there's an abundance of food there?

Comment by booklover on January 12, 2013 at 11:25am I love it Spud! My Grandma used to have a bunch of those she'd say.
Comment by Idaho Spud on January 12, 2013 at 10:20am Wow! What an outstanding bird.
Can a toucan can-can?
A can-canning toucan can.
Can two can-canning toucans chat to two toucans with two cans connected by string?
They can too those crafty toucans!
Well two can. Two cunning, canny, can-canning toucans with two cans,
who know two other cunningly uncanny can-canning toucans with two cans can.
Only, however, if the two toucans, and they too,
can can the can-canning long enough to talk on two cans with two toucans.
The question thus is this: Can a toucan not can-can?
A toucan with two left feet can!
