Comment by Joan Denoo on January 7, 2013 at 3:12am Tony and Steph, you outdid yourselves today with these splendid creatures. What a nice way to end the day; with visions of color, nature, and diversity.
Tony, that one owl is almost invisible. Isn't evolution grand!

Comment by booklover on January 6, 2013 at 4:24pm Tony, that flying owl pic is gorgeous! Steph, love the pic of the bird with the berry in his beak. It reminds me of my Grandma's backyard when I was little. She had a whole row of bushes with berries like that, and would always warn us that the birds could eat the berries, but they weren't for kids (whatever they were must have been not for human-comsumption!) She loved birds and had tons of flowers, birds, a birdbath, etc. in her yard. It was gorgeous! Thanks for bringing that memory back to me!~ Melinda
Beautiful flying owl Tony!

Comment by Tony Carroll on January 6, 2013 at 11:54am Love the owl picture Tony - very good camo there. The bird was very hard to see. It blended in so nicely with the tree.
