I was hoping I could just add this to the other pic of the osprey, but I guess not, but I'm getting the hang of this.  This is an osprey that caught a fish and ate half of it.  I think he's taking the rest back to the nest...What a guy!

This is an Osprey.  They hunt for fish by hovering over the water and then diving into it.  It's fantastic to watch.

Steph, is a Sanderling also a Sandpiper? Still, a strikingly stunning bird.
