Van Gogh: The Life
He’s famous for both his incredible art and his notorious instability, but what was life really like for one of the greatest artists in history? We’ll spend this hour with Pulitzer prize-winning author Steven Naifeh. His new book, co-written with Gregory White Smith is “Van Gogh: The Life” (Random House, 2011). Permalink Reply by michele ricketts on October 13, 2012 at 12:58am Is this the book written by the american authors who finally stepped up to the plate : the daunting task to sieve; sift; collate delegate and edit all the papers in the Dutch archives on Van Gogh into a book.
Otherwise this plaigarism of history is suspect if not pretentious or stating the obvious.
