Hi Joan! A willingness to learn will get you very far. Welcome! (Besides, as Oscar Wilde wrote to his editor in 1890, “I’ll leave you to tidy up the woulds and shoulds, wills and shalls, thats and whichs etc.”)

Are you willing to tolerate a poor writer working hard to improve my spelling and grammer?

It's not very active which is a shame, really. I guess there are not that many writers out there who can spend time discussing (our) work.

I'm in the middle of two separate screenplays, for example.

Do any of you have any idea whom I would speak to about ads on this site?  I'm putting together a book entitled "God Fodder: Imbibing the Opiate of the Masses" and I'm wondering about exposure and the like.

Greetings! I'm proud to announce that I've just published "Requiem for a Phantom God," a critique of monotheism, available in paperback and Kindle formats from Amazon.com. You can check out a free chapter by clicking the red "Read My Book" icon on my Facebook page. The work is written in a conversational style with references to historical developments, mythology and pop culture. It presents its case in an easy-to-digest manner that is grounded in logic and reason. It's my hope that fans of Christopher Hitchens' work will enjoy this serious work with a touch of humor. Reviews on Amazon and Goodreads are welcome!

Hey Norman I will check out your books on Amazon!
Comment by Norman Dubeski on July 23, 2012 at 7:35pm

Hi. I wish I could say I have been writing, but I haven't done much in over two years now. Anyone here, feel free to look me up on Amazon.com, and type in Norman Dubeski. I am proud of what few publications I do have.

The last thing I was working on was "Blithe Philosophy"--a treatise to show that a personally accountable (not to ideology nor gods) approach to life can be upbeat and casual. However, my teaching and family responsibilities have been rather challenging these last two years. I'd love to return to it someday.

Keep writing, everyone! Don't let the bastards grind you down!

Hi everyone! I didn't want to start a whole discussion just to introduce myself, but, anyway, I am currently writing a memoir on my path to atheism. I love communing with other atheist writers, so feel free to message and friend.
