My comment disapeared. could someone have eliminated it. must have been supernatural intervention. Too profound I suppose.
Comment by Natalie A Sera on March 15, 2012 at 2:19pm Hi Steph! You can tell I haven't been on here for a while, but yeah, you're MY kind of person. Hate hurts the hater as well as the hated, and while I do think it is important to oppose people who are trying to hurt others for religious reasons (or any others), it's not worth my emotional SELF to waste my time and energy hating people who are doing their best to live good lives and get along honestly and cordially with others.
Happy New Year everyone!
Same here Donny - I am also not confrontational and hate conflict - I try to avoid it at all costs. Debating in a calm manner is best -- I agree. So nice to have this group.
Thanks Carl -- that means a lot to me.
Comment by Donny on December 28, 2011 at 9:42am I had to deal with chronic back pain, due to work injuries for years. I ended up going for the surgery. They cut part of the disc away and chipped my L4/L5 area of bone to free up the nerve. This worked for me, I know it seems rather drastic but I couldn't walk upright and had a hard time breathing due to muscle spasms. The electric (thims?) shock pads did help after the surgery. this all happen around 1990 I am relatively pain free at this point. I still watch how I pick things up.
Hey, I’m not a hater either. I don’t have a confrontational nature and really don’t care enough to argue with religious people, unless pressed. At that point I find it better to debate from a calm perspective.
