Was born in Clackmannan and came to the United States with my family as a baby. It's strange here in the land of fundamentals and evangelicals, the lack of reason and logic is astounding. Currently living in New Mexico and hoping one day to return to Scotland to live permanantly. Last visited a couple of years ago, and miss it!

I have been looking for any support groups here in Scotland, Glasgow? I have been searching for about 10 years to see if there are any other Ex Fundamentalists here in Glasgow specifically, or counselling groups...

Here's an interesting one...

The website sparklebox.co.uk, which is full of educational resources for kids has been banned by the government, with educational authorities being advised to block the site until it can be fully checked out... because it is run by a convicted paedophile.

That's unpleasant enough, but when you look at the website itself... there it is, loud and proud in the top left corner - a shiny big glowing ichthus.

So, set up a site full of nice shiny bright things for kids, and proclaim the faith... just don't mention being a pedo... classy!

Hi all, thought I'd finally get around to seeing what this AN is all about. As I am a bit parochial, my first search was for "Scotland" and surprise surprise, thur's wur ain wee group!.
