@ Robert Reed: Aww, I'm sorry. I feel your pain! It's icy here in NYC as well. We've been hit with a snowstorm every week since christmas.

I'm snowed in here in Chicago...this was an amazing blizzard...there was snowthunder and lightning and wind gusts are up to 70mph!!! I am going out now to see how buried my car is. Blows have only gone by once and I live on a snow route road!! We have 19" and 5 foot snow drifts!!!! At least school was cancelled for me!

Ice in Dallas. Not much but enough to make roads bad and it isn't melting. It is bad enough to close the schools(and day care) for the last 2 days. So I'm at home with my 9 year old son (I'd say stuck but I enjoy his company for the most part). Work isn't too happy about it but they are understanding (and I have the sick/vacation time).

So far no word on Chicago schools closing tomorrow...I really hope so...it will take me at least 2 days to shovel my car out.

Weather isn't bad here in Toronto, but I am flying back to Dallas tomorrow if the flights go out and I can make it home from the airport once I get there :)

Since it's all about the weather. 80 degrees here in Orlando. I don't miss all that snow.  The amount of snow was normal back when I was growing up. It snowed in April one year in DC
