Interviewer TV: Qu'est-ce que vous croyez est l'origine de cette augmentation récente des attentats terroristes?

M. Helpmann: Bad esprit sportif. Une minorité impitoyable semble avoir oublié certaines bonnes vieilles vertus. Ils ne peuvent pas supporter de voir l'autre gars victoire. Si ils ont joué le jeu, ils avaient apprécier la vie davantage.

Israel needs to become a democracy, that would solve everything, one person one vote, bye bye zionism.

I'm ashamed of my government for voting on this issue the way they did and have been doing. Now with CRAP Like This  going on you already know the PM of Canada has a fundamentalists christian point of view. This religious idea that Christians have this duty to make sure Israel is revived at all cost still does not explain why the Israelis can't live along side the Palestinians. I don't think there will be peace even after they have either killed or made every Palestinian leave. What makes Israel unable to recognize what genocide is? Is it because it's in slow motion it makes it OK?

/despise racism in every form.

Finally a teensy weensy step in the right direction for Palestine: U.N. Calls Palestine a State.

Of course our great countries of Canada, USA, and 7 others voted against. Canadians never miss a chance to brown nose USA international policies. sigh.

The Casablanca Call for Democracy and Human Rights
in the Arab World

CasaBlanca
The Casablanca Call for Democracy and Human Rights

We, the signatories to this call, as politicians, intellectuals and civil society advocates, believe that the achievement of democracy and the embodiment of human rights in the Arab world is an absolute necessity and requires a broader engagement of all citizens and political and social forces. We observe, with great concern, the dramatic and alarming backsliding of political reforms in the Arab world, due to several structural obstacles since the beginning of the new century. We hereby appeal to all parties concerned with the future of democracy - governments, civil society institutions, political organizations, trade unions, and the media - in the belief that the achievement of real and effective reforms is the responsibility of all parties.
