The photos I'm posting aren't that interesting, but I just wanted to share my experience of reclaiming negatives from Fuji FP-100C pack film. This is film that can be used in Polaroid packfilm cameras and it is possible to get a negative by bleaching the black backing off the bit that is left behind after peeling the positive film off.

If you're interested, you can read about the process here. My first attempt ended badly as I bleached the wrong side and ended destroying the image. But my second and third attempts turned out pretty ok :)

It's students protesting cuts in education, though it's not just students. There are anarchists and other groups involved too. The police decided the best policy was to 'kettle' everyone into a small area in Whitehall, regardless of reason for being there, with no access to food water or toilets for nearly eight hours on a sub zero freezing day. There were a number of tourists trapped in there too. There is talk of the Police carrier being left as bait for protestors too, as the police accounts of it's predicament don't tie up with video footage shot by other news crews. I have loads more from the day up at
http://www.flickr.com/photos/sinister-pictures/

There are also some shots from the first demo in the photostream, and, well see for yourselves thousands of images up there.

Another protest on this coming Tuesday. Watch this space.
