Here is some fresh meat for FFRF to sink their teeth into. There seems to be a never ending supply of government agencies who are unaware of the string of judicial defeats that municipalities have suffered when they display the 10K. What about their lawyers? Are they too unaware of their extremely high chances of wasting taxpayer money? Maybe the mayor keeps firing lawyers who tell them the truth about their prospects.
