Interview with the man behind 'International Burn A Koran Day'

September 11, 2010 is "International Burn A Koran Day" or at least so says Pastor Terry Jones of the Dove World Outreach Center, a non-denominational church in Gainesville FL. As we reported a couple days ago, the church even has a Facebook page for the event which, after only a little more than a week, already has hundreds of members (at the time this was written, the number was just over 750).

The interview was conducted by Hemant Mehta.

I'm for letting them alone. Give people like this enough rope and they'll hang themselves.
No, we are not worried about spreading hate because we are spreading the truth.

Burning books spreads truth? Since when?
That is such a classic 1984 moment.
'International'? Really?
He says so in the interview.
Yeah, I also say that I have four hot girls waiting for me in my bedroom, once I'm done doing stuff here and am ready to go to bed. Doesn't make it true.
Pity about that.
:)
It's okay. They're ninjas. That's why I'm still out here. I'm afraid to go to bed.
Hot chick ninjas? I think I saw that anime...

I am located in Newnan, Ga and have my own atheist group entitled "Coweta County Atheists".  I am currently being backed by Spaulding Co.…

Pope's 'exorcism' caught on film video

There is a video of the Pope's 'exorcism' caught on film.  The man isn't demon possessed, there are likely no 'real' demons.  He's just delusional and doesn't want to accept personal responsiblity for his own behavior for his own dysfunctional life.

There is an ad that reads ' Do you support 'traditional' marriage? Vote Now"!  .

No, I don't support 'traditional' marriage because there is no such thing. I support heterosexual and same-sex couples marry each other legally , yes.  'Traditional' marriage promoters largely do not believe that heterosexual women are co-equal to their husbands.  Their only purpose in 'traditional' marriage is to sexually satisfy their husbands if they can and raise children and do all…
