Cenk Uygur (The Young Turks) interviewed Scarberry last night on MSNBC in the 6-7 EST time slot.

Hey, talking atheists rights on (damn near) prime time cable news shows, is good shit!

Cenk is not 'pushing' an atheist agenda, but he's not afraid to talk about it either - he is good for our cause!

 

As far as I know, Cenk is the only news host on TV who has openly, and repeatedly mentioned his agnosticism, and remember he was awarded the Freedom from Religion Foundation's Emporer has No Clothes award last year alongside Ayan Hersi Ali. If you haven't seen his acceptance speech, search for it. Olbermann, Maddow, Stewart and even McDonnell, I suspect of atheism, and have danced close to the edge, but none has openly laid their cards on the table like Cenk does.

I don't know much about the story, but I'm glad that insane ruling was tossed out.

    Do you know the citations of the lower court and Court of Appeals in this case?
