Says people are on welfare because they are not reading the bible
While it may be true that people that are illiterate can't read the bible, and also may end up on welfare due to their illiteracy, these same group of people also seem to have a very strong religious faith. They have been led to believe that they are in the shape they are in due to predestination, it is gods will.
Those that can read and are on welfare, probably read the bible more that average, trying to figure out why god has forsaken them so.
