Court: District need not bus nonpublic students

...and amazingly the Catholic school lost. For once the courts did something sane and told the Catholic school could pay for bus use just like everybody else. The fact that they'd have the gall to demand free bus service to their private institution should be shocking, but really what could shock you about that organization anymore?

Well, a little shocking. Not only did they sue, but they also APPEALED.
