Christians won't see the bad on that page as being removed, they'll pick something else on that page that they like and see that as being attacked. That's assuming they just don't get enraged over the book being "destroyed" in the name of atheism or some such nonsense.
Someone over on Friendly Atheist suggested just showing those pages or stories explicitly, and just pointing out they are in the Bible.
