Atheist Humor

This is the place to post that hilarious irreligious YouTube video, an irreverent, anti-religious cartoon, or other humorous bit of media. Posts that do not reflect an atheist/irreligious theme will be deleted. (Don't make me go Old Testament.)

Lewis Black: The Flintstones is not a documentary.

A slightly longer version of the clip that used to be here.

I can't seem to find a cartoon I recently saw -- 4 panels of a non-theist stating arguments while the theist gets increasingly loud and out-oF-CONTROL!! Can anybody help?

when I was a kid I pictured god as an old man with a beard...and he wore a flannel shirt:P

ok, but the "atheist" was used here with the connotation of "antitheist" (the girl specified clearly "under no god" which is someone's anti-theist attitude). I also wanted to say that children are born atheists but I thought I write too much on a wall where jokes should predominate.

Let's change the subject:). What Suzie would think if she was the priest's favourite? Are there also altar girls or only altar boys? Now you can see how close I am to the church. :)

I would say that all children are born atheist untill taught otherwise. They may not be "anti-theist" with a disgust for religion like some of us. but clearly they are born with out faith in anything supernatural.

From my own experience, I can say that is true.

I agree with Jason. The only things children know are instinctual (hunger, rest), and supernatural beliefs are definitely not instinctual. The closest thing a child has to a concept of god is probably the person(s) who provide her with food and shelter.
