@ dr. kellie: That so reminds me of a chapter in the original M*A*S*H book when Hawkeye et cie took a photo of one of the doctors tied to a cross and the whole rig suspended by a helicopter. They sold autographed copies to raise money to send a Korean lad to school in the US.
I seriously doubt that gag made it into the movie, but I may be wrong.
