Hello fellow heathen guitarists/bassists! I don't get on a/n very often but I found this group and (since I meet the criteria) decided I HAD to join. I have played electric guitar for over 30 years now but have recently been spending a lot more time with the acoustic. I'm strictly an amateur but could not imagine going through life without being able to pick up a guitar a few times a week.

I like Monster/suicide/America by Steppenwolf and With God on Our Side by Bob Dylan. Two songs about being led to war and to kill for false beliefs.

For me, it's damn near impossible to choose. But judging on the song that I've played the most on iTunes, my favourite song is Us and Them by Pink Floyd. Friggin' fantastic is what it is.

Hi Everyone. What's your favorite song since becoming or reaching your own profile as an atheist? Mine is "Black Hole Sun" by Sound Garden since it's common knowledge that the Earth and much of the universe is an unstable place over geological time. This song throws really down the gauntlet and says what a force this phenomenon is in a way no other has attempted.

Hi all,
I've been atheist for about 35 of my 43 years. Been playing guitar for around 28 years (but still only know the three chords i learned from the sleevenotes of the damned's Machine Gun

Etiquette, which included chord tab for 'Smash it

up').

Played bass for about 25 years, currently bassing for Izzie voodoo (check out izzievoodoo.com).

como estan, bitchez? Here is a link to my band. I play bass for this project, but play an array of instruments for fun. I'm interested in hearing what other people have if they are willing to post links!
