I'm being picked up in a couple of hours to go cat-sit for a friend at the other end of the Valley, and a lot of stuff I need to pack is still in the laundry. I overslept (till noon) and my whole body is telling me I'm too damned old for this kind of thing anymore. Living out of a suitcase was an adventure when I was 17, but that was a bloody long time ago. (What I don't understand is that my friend is 10 years older than I am, and she still loves to travel....or at least go play in Vegas or Laughlin)
