Hi everyone!

In Is it time to counter religious bullying? Dave Niose calls out for the emergence of Secular America as an organized force, starting with a massive grassroots campaign contacting NBC about a Pledge of Allegiance that left out "under God" at the start of the U.S. Open golf tournament broadcast.

The best address I could come up with is

Kathy Kelly-Brown
Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications & Media Relations, NBCUniversal

I'm going to give blood today. So here's a video I posted last year of an ACA protest of the National Day of Prayer, and me giving blood afterwards. Enjoy! :o)

OOoo! wow, thanks for the retarded comment, appreciated that Dew. I do have my facts strait, and you pointed them out for me. I understand that alot of the early scientists and chemist, alchemist and the like had thier doubts about religion, and couldn't freely express themselves. Just for future debates with theists, I think that it would be great to put a spin on the worn out scientific debate of atheism vs. theism. There are plenty of theistic scientists out there, the question is....

Theist think that god gave them this world to do with what they wish, governments, laws, science ect.

What is the atheistic reason for extremism?

I agree it's not about religion, or god, but rather pride, bias, arrogance, egos, greed. Yeah ,times change, most often though the song and dance remain the same.

Most leading edge science today is done by atheists, it's retarded to claim it's 99.9% by theists. What did you expect Newton and Galileo to do? Say the church sucks, and then get burned at the stake? No wonder theists spread rubbish on this subject, if atheists themselves are doing so. Einstein was an atheist, who described nature as "god" so that he would fit in with the society around him (read what he really thought, in private, about religion and god-belief). If you're going to be an activist, get your facts straight first.

What is wrong with this group? Does activism sound irrational to most? ...as long as it is tactfull, civil, and controlled. hmmm, what if there is a truth to the falsehood of theism. It seems like everyone, atheists included, "just want to have fun", well getting to the bottom of this quagmier isn't going to be fun. Religion has a huge jump on us non-theists. It seems as though this whole debate is about science, well truth be told the see of science was planted by religion, and 99.9% of our so-called progress has been commitioned by theists. Einstien, worked for our government, "one nation under god", he wasn't self imployed. Niether were most of the artists throught the 13, 14, 15th centuries, they were all commitioned by sepperate malitias through out europe, malitias that took there orders from the roman catholic church.

This whole net thing reminds me of curt cobain's song "dumb" , as it goes "...or am I just HAPPY..."
