Comment by Vash on May 7, 2013 at 2:50pm: I'm a percussionist with over 20 years experience arranging, performing and recording traditional and original Folk music. I've toured the country performing and I've recorded on over a dozen albums (5 with bands that I have founded).

I have a lot of experience with acoustic projects and have extensive experience backing Singer/Songwriters, Covers, Celtic, Bluegrass, Americana, Alt. Country and Acoustic Rock musicians.

I primarily play more esoteric folk drums such as the Cajon, Bodhran, Rhythmbones, Spoons, Djembe, Dumbek, Washboard, etc... I also play brushed snare (but no full kit) and I can do a bit singing.

I enjoy playing anywhere from street corner busking to house concerts to pubs to concert halls (and have).

I am looking to make good, fun, meaningful music with like minded folks. I'd like to put my musical abilities to good use, giving back, so to speak, to the Non-religious/Skeptical community.
