Tattoos and Reality

This is off topic but amusing, I thought. I regularly represent miscreant dads in child support court. Since deadbeat dads are indigent almost by definition, it's mostly court-appointed work. But I get to meet a lot of people and, who knows, the guy you represent on a $60K arrearage in child support today might be the personal injury client of tomorrow.

I recently got appointed to help a guy who had a $22K arrearage in support for two children. When I met him in court and went through the court's file, I came upon an interesting fact in the sheet that aids the process server in identifying the respondent. In the space where physical description is given, blanks for identifying characteristics, it said: Tattoo, right forearm: "ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME."

Have I got news for him!
