Well the problem with the left here in the US is they are too respectful. Conservatives aren't afraid to scream their heads off and make a spectacle of themselves, not that we should scream at everyone, but it would be nice to see a LITTLE spark every once in a while. I mean when there are a people standing at the fences of the White House calling our pres. Hitler, etc. then its time to stand up for good sense and reason, and if it takes violence, well then..."By whatever means necessary". But to just sit back and take the kind of abuse that we do is just wrong, we only have ONE life and to waste it letting crazy god-heads order us around is crazy imo.

I joined your group and sorry for the delay. I had a hectic time lately (for example I just moved to Houston and my stuff is all over the house after I drove from Richmond,VA to Chicago,IL then to Houston,TX). No time for social action for me for a while. :) Just driving.

I like the ideas given in the Information section for this group. I feel that we may need to clarify some of the terms so that we have a shared understanding of what we mean by "solidarity", "social action", and "ancient faults of the Left".
