Y'know...if they ever remake M*A*S*H, Ann Coulter and Bill O'Reilly would be perfect as Hotlips and Frank Burns. They wouldn't even have to act! (Just a random thought).

Heey! I'm happy to have joined your cozy little group here.

Here's a suggestion for 'ya, I hope you'll like Daniellia Cotton. The song "Make you Move," should be up your alley. It's on my profile if you wanna listen.

I've just turned 60 so I guess I'm possibly in the middle of the population range of this group. Had a fair bit of experience of life and loving but have now settled back in the UK, though I'm off to Italy next week for a short stay. I'm married. Bit boring now, I suppose. My musical tastes tend to veer in the direction of jazz but I also like R&B. Great Stones selection. Nice that you've included some Hendrix! In my youth Hendrix was THE man.

I'm glad you like it, but it's biased towards my tastes; I need R&B and other genres - you gotta tell me what to add

Geez, Ruth is a tad older than me, and even I learned on a manual! I also remember being shown the 'computers' at my first job - they took up the entire 13th floor of a high rise building!

My first intro to a computer was in the early 80s. I remember arriving on my first day and saying, "Where's my typewriter?" There was none. And I was told if I couldn't learn to type a full shorthand book full of correspondence on the computer by the end of the day I wouldn't have a job. I learned fast!

Ruth
If you are claiming seniority did you learn on an Underwood manual or did you have access to one of those newfangled electric jobbers??
