Welcome to Home of Apostates!

There are many apostates who live in exile in fear of being persecuted if they return home. They are mainly from Islamic dominated countries. Islamic regimes cruelly suppress any kind of apostasy. They punish apostates with fatal tortures and execution.

Everyone has the right to abandon his/her religion without being persecuted or discriminated. We fight against the persecution of apostates. We stand up against religious discrimination and intolerance. It is a long way ahead but there will be a day that apostates will be able to live safely all around the world in peace and harmony with other people.

People who believe in god(s)/religion(s) seem to say that "God is most important" in their lives (then family, then work). But god doesn't exist. I have a concern that because the…Continue

Shouldn't the religious avoid technology that emanates from godless homosexuals?  It might be part of the Gay Agenda©.

Thanks Sayed.  I like that thought about Alan Turing, the gay atheist.

I also think it was horrible what they did to him.

It seems I have clarification to make; I am grateful to Laura for pointing out this old exaggerated story with new wings.
In 2006, Bill Nye "The Science Guy" gave a speech in Waco, TX in which he "recited a Bible verse, Genesis 1:16, “God made two great lights - the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars," then Nye pointed out that the moon, actually, was a reflector.”
"in a crowd of 600 people, a few walked out, and were obviously upset, but most were receptive.”
“For Skeptics, it's not just an example of this kind of conditioning that allows people to close themselves off from any contrary evidence to their views, no matter how obvious and common sensical, but how, in the Internet age, stories take on a life of their own and are more likely to catch fire because they are cast in their most sensationalistic light."
~ Dylan Otto Krider

To my readers, I will do a better job of checking background and let the old stories die.

It's pretty clear to me, Joan, that it is more important to these people to be right with their deity than it is to be intelligent and/or informed.  Of course, their church leaders LIKE them this way, because it's all the easier to lead them around by the nose and swallow any insane BS they tell them.

Loren, this is just simply outrageous! Deliberate ignorance and not even ashamed of themselves. What is the matter with their religious leaders? Are they some hick who couldn't make it in the real adult world and so took up religion to food on his table and a roof over his head. Well, he had better grow up because the world doesn't need eternal children. Thanks Loren, I am reposting
