Amnesty Int'l does great work for the world, and it's great to know that there are atheists who're doing the work too!

I know all of you check out the AI website on occasion, but I like to add those discussions that jump out at me...or that I'm most passionate about. Please feel free to add your own, post those links, add pictures, and help get the word out! Also, sorry if those discussions I post are older, or reiterative, but that's sort of the point! :)

The link above takes you to my blog...where you can find out more about Troy Davis, a man who is to be executed for a murder of which there is no evidence Troy has committed.

GREAT!! I'm glad you've joined! Human rights abuses are a major concern for me, too. Please feel free to post anything you'd like. The more information the better!

I've been a member of Amnesty International for awhile, and recently joined The Center for Victims of Torture. Human rights abuses are a major concern for me.

Are there any other atheists out there who are members of Amnesty International, or defenders of human rights, or just curious about the injustices all over the globe? We can discuss this in depth here in this group.
