Zeke isn't the only foul-mouthed prophet in the Bible. Consider Malachi. This is Malachi 2:3 from the Good News Translation:

"I will punish your children and rub your faces in the dung of the animals you sacrifice - and you will be taken out to the dung heap."
Compare other translations at http://www.biblestudytools.com/malachi/2-3-compare.html . The Lego characters haven't acted this one out yet.

I will now be saving the Lego Version of the Bible as my main resource to the holy scriptures from now on.  It is in my Bookmarks.  I'm amazed at the attention to detail!  Imaginary, make-believe detail....but detail nonetheless.  Check out Adam and Eve...wow.

Absolutely hysterical!  It does bring up the question; Does size really matter?  :)

@Ezra: touche!! It really is hilarious when read satirically. Or in Lego form. http://www.thebricktestament.com/

It's not us making you laugh. It's that satirical book on god called the bible.

I really don't want to dwell on the horses and the asses but that bible passage made me "perplexed"....and perplexity REALLY IS the beginning of knowledge.  Perplexity to all!  Pass it around.  The purpose of that bible passage seems to be either an instructional manual OR a preventative measure.  Not exactly sure about that one.

@ all of you: you guys have totally made my day. I can't stop laughing.

It sure shows how the "New International Version" of the Bible differs from the one I located! Spicy!  Who knew?  I just googled 'biblical scriptures' and found myself transported to a Church of LDS website.... uncharted territory, indeed.  And not as descriptive as the "New International".  But easy to use for research purposes....

No really. That's the NIV translation. I don't make these things up.

Here's the NIV version
Ezekiel 23:20 (New International Version, ©2011)

20 There she lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses.

Young Atheists

A group for young atheists, any ages from 0-20 welcome! People love to underestimate young people, especially minors who can't vote, but we are a powerful group...we are not alone.
