Everyone,

Please come join us this Sunday, June 6th for our next AIR meeting!   It will be held in the private meeting room of the Five Forks library at 2pm.  There are driving directions on the website, but the address is:

2780 Five Forks Trickum Road

Lawrenceville, GA 30044-5865

This meeting will be our first more traditional service. It should be lots of fun. Everyone is welcome.

For those who don’t know about AIR (The Assembly of Inspiration and Reason), here’s
some more info:

AIR’s Mission Statement:

The Assembly of Inspiration and Reason exists to establish, assemble, and foster
nontheistic communities; to inspire and edify individuals and families through
humanistic philosophy, social interaction, and ceremonial traditions; to
promote a naturalistic worldview forged in reason and refined by science; to
champion individual liberty and safeguard the separation of church and state;
to raise public awareness and acceptance of nontheism.

Why AIR Exists:

It is our goal to provide all the benefits many of us used to get from church, without the silly superstitions. Why can’t we find inspiration in music, art, literature, and the beauty of the Universe? Why shouldn’t we honor traditions
and celebrate holidays without the irrational beliefs? Why can’t we teach our children
morals with stories and parables without teaching absurdities? And most of all,
why can’t we enjoy the benefits of community with like-minded individuals? As
the old saying goes, “We shouldn’t throw the baby out with the bath water.”

Come Join Us !
