What is the best response to "Jesus loves you"?

I live in a very religious town, so I hear this saying about 2 or 3 times every week, whether it be to me or someone near me.  I usually don't respond when it is said to me, but what do you think a good response would be?

Depends how feisty youre feeling... Many times I'll just kind of giggle and say "thank you", or "I'm sure he does." If I'm feeling frisky though I'll throw in the ",but I'm an atheist.", I love throwing it at them like that just to see if I can spark a debate... Be ready though, they may get chippy, so be informed!
