Hi,

Yesterday, I prematurely submitted a request for a new group -- I hadn't finished filling out the request, plus I had decided on a different name.

So I went back a page to finish filling in the request and change the group name. It's a day later, now, and I haven't received any acknowledgment of the request. I think, perhaps, I screwed up the request altogether.

Do you have a request from me for a new group . . . or do I need to resubmit it?

LoL,

No Gundgetta, if you'll note the other instances of my capitalized words, you'll see that it's merely emphasis. I was acknowledging that there was some sort of undercurrent concerning work loads and response times (hence my comment that "if you're the only one doing this work, then you should demand a raise!!") There's so many examples, just in this one thread. For instance:

"there's so much to do on the site for the handful of people who work on the site"
"ask again in a couple of weeks"
"things do fall through the cracks"
"That didn't take too long, did it?"
"[no] set time for approvals"
and last, but not least, "stewing in your own juice"

As the "face of A|N support", I think you should be recognized for the level of your efforts.
Thanks, and thanks for your patience to clarify things.

I don't think I'm the only one answering questions in this category, but I could well be wrong.
