What Atheists Can Do To Help Get The pope Arrested!

The christians should be up in arms and screaming for the head of "been-a-dick XVI" - but what are they doing? Listening to their shepherds and towing the company line......just like the fucking sheeple they are..... They are condoning the systematic abuse and cover-up that is being perpetrated by their religious leaders. Where is the anger? Where is the disbelief? All I am seeing is excuses and blame-passing....... I like Dawkins idea of arresting that jack hole of a leader the moment that he steps foot in the UK, or the moment he leaves vatican city (where the age of consent is 12)...... WE - for our part can continue to post and re-post stories about this sordid affair, complain to ANYONE that will listen, call out our religious friends and family - ask them why they are not upset and doing SOMETHING, write letters to the editors, keep blogging, call our political representatives and ask what is being done to prevent that from happening in our districts again, write to the White House and demand action, JUST DO SOMETHING to raise the awareness, because, my brothers and sisters, the christians are not gonna do it themselves! MAYHEM!

While I agree with your assessment, I really do not like this particular article. It is slanted for the church and the columns on the right reinforce this.
I've added and op. ed. piece from the Huffington Post and a brief from Google, via the 'ukpress'
in hopes of seeing some different articles. The op. ed. is written by a Christian man and the other is very vanilla. I hope you don't mind.

Sorry about the first link, I'm not sure how to disable it, but now I can't get it to open again either. I did, however, find the Pope's facebook page. The discussions are pretty scary due to the amount of justification from both followers and the church for how they can continue and still be 'good people who care about children'. One female from Florida even uses the excuse "80% of reported cases involved post-pubescent males".
This is why it is so hard to get these things prosecuted, humans are masters of justification and self deception.
