Waste of time and space pictures

Is there a way I can block pictures from certain people? I have no interest in seeing 15 pictures of someones dog or 15 pictures of somebody making faces into a camera. I don't want to tell them they can't post these things, I just don't want to have to see it.

Back when I was a little boy they didn't have pictures on the internet. We didn't even have color except for the 8 colors. It was fancy to actually be able to connect over 14.4 baud modem. However there should be a setting that you can use to block ALL images. But then you would have to turn it off and all all the time.



Now those are great pictures of dogs. Taken by me. Not my dogs of course.
