So the Brits now have to contend with no party in the Commons having a majority. In Canada we have dealt with this scenario for four years now, and our Tories have been able to pass much of their legislation. An attempt at coalition by the Opposition parties was defeated after a very divisive debate. So are we now going to see the same in Britain, or will there be some sort of coalition with the Lib Dems conditional on a referendum on PR?

change that to "absolute majority"
Is that in light of the offer by Cameron to the Lib Dems?
