The Catholic Church looses again... (Har-de-har-har)
The Holy See has always maintained that it doesn't employ it's priests (and thus cannot as an employer be held corporately liable for it's employee's high crimes and misdemeanour's) - well that legalistic ploy has been challenged in the High Court in the UK, and - Good News - the judge has ruled that the diocese is liable. *does the happy dance*
