i was just catching up on my dvr when i saw this. checked the net and was glad i could find the transcript. this is what got my attention:
But even if Barton did borrow the story, there's nothing wrong with taking a story from a book and saying it's real. (Works for Religion) (shocked audience reaction turns to cheering and applause)
how awesome was that? either someone on his staff is an atheist or he is himself. i know he's a professed catholic but he's also a professed republican. what do you think?

Permalink Reply by booklover on February 28, 2013 at 9:16am We watch him all the time! The professed republicon is SO not who he is. He is in character on his show. I have heard that he teaches Sunday school in real life, although that may not be true. He is AWESOME. If he is religious, it is in a VERY liberal, accepting way. I wish I knew. His character is hysterical though. I love when he tries not to laugh at the outrageous things he says. :)
