Should "Under God" be in the pledge of allegiance?

I just got in vote 1848.  It puts a cookie in your browser that prevents another vote for a day or some amount of time.  Of course, there's always the possibility of deleting cookies (hehe).

No. It's indisputably unconstitutional. The fact that it was included in 1954 by executive fiat shows how little respect and confidence the self-professed religionists in our country really have for their own denominational, 'special interest' creeds. Anyone with solid faith and strong beliefs doesn't require majorities to pledge assent. The whole "Christian Right" movement reveals how essentially insecure these fundamentalists really are---otherwise, they'd just shut up and pray.
Isn't that pretty much what evolutionary biologists and astro-physicists do---shut up and calculate?
