Long story Dan Rea. De bibliography takes another page. You noticed that there is a difference between the first and the last part. The translation takes a long while. It's a long list. Actually I have no problem when they are embarrassed. Do not give me serious feedback. But read and get some inside information. When I start with these questions they start laughing. This is over!!! At this moment I enjoy that feeling and develop more questions. And analyse your critics. Maybe you get a point. Thanks.
