This is like the "hollow mask" illusion where a mask of a face rotates and creates the weird impression that it is turning inside out.  Can't think of the name of that illusion but it's quite famous.  And very bizarre!

The second player wouldn't pause, once it started to play. I couldn't make the third player start.

Well, a sort of fuzzy Marilyn Monroe, but definitely there! Freaky! I don't have a clue as to how people THINK UP these kinds of illusions! :-)
