Hi everyone. I've recently been inspired by the good fellas of the small group Naturalism, here on Atheist Nexus, to open a group that is dedicated to avid rumination and discussion about biology for young biogeeks, with an obvious welcome to any professional biologist who's willing to be commensal with his immense bio-lore.
I have about a year of experience in running an Israeli forum about evolutionary biology, and I'm also an undergraduate biology student. I think there's too much fascinating topics in biology to leave discussions of it solely to the debunking of creationist claims.
If this is redundant (i.e, no one's too interested or a similar such group already exists), please nudge me in the ribs and link me to the relevant group (or if no one's interested, just nudge me).
