It would be better if Muslims were NOT permitted to pray in the streets of Venice.
Permalink Reply by Loren Miller on February 8, 2013 at 7:33pm How about having them pray INDOORS ... I mean, what's with this public prayer crap?
Permalink Reply by James M. Martin on February 9, 2013 at 12:12am Radical Muslims do everything to proselytize. They can't afford TV ads so they show their devotion by flailing about in public venues. In the same way, since they have no regular army or (except in Pakistan) no nucular arms, they do jihad by crashing airplanes into buildings. What can you expect of people who live in the 8th century.
Permalink Reply by Emma Lennon on February 8, 2013 at 7:47pm This is something I delt with when I was Paris. There, Muslims would just randomly fling themselves in the street. It frightened me. I mean, I knew they were praying, but at first glance, it looked like the person was having a fit! And I had to scramble to avoid stepping on them. It's just crazy!
Permalink Reply by Pat on February 8, 2013 at 8:05pm Hey, if the US Prez and members of Congress can have a public prayer breakfast publicized by the news, why shouldn't Muslims be allowed to flop around in the street like they're having a grand mal seizure? Well, I suppose business suits, catered plates of food, and teleprompters are a much more dignified way of intoning one's magic incantations to the bloodthirsty, invisible desert god, whose boots of death you gleefully lick.

Though actually ... Someone WILL be watching them!
Permalink Reply by James M. Martin on February 8, 2013 at 10:20pm Only halal, please! We're fundamentalists. (Psssst! the reason you guys won't eat pork is -- get this -- your common ancestors B.R., Before Religion, got tired of whole tribes dying of tricky noses, those little worms that just love rotting pigs. Now that we have refrigerators, we can eat all the pork we want. God gave us the electricity, right?)

Permalink Reply by Loren Miller on February 9, 2013 at 7:52am The problem is, that story never gets enough traction to generate SERIOUS action ... like police arriving at church offices with blanket search warrants for documents and computers or maybe ... just maybe ... ARREST WARRANTS for those at the root of this whole issue.
I mean c'mon, guys ... why not?

ContinueNathan Young That's true Jonathan Brown. At one time I was a member of the MRA board when it was more open towards hearing an orthodox Mormon views on things. Since that time the MRA is now under the stewardship of a new 'religion' the 'Society for Humanistic Mormonism' which is merely another apostate religion. It will fail just like all other apostate forms of Mormonism have failed including might I add the Mormon "Transhumanist" Association and their kind, and all the front…

Hello fellow atheists! I have joined this site in an attempt to find other rational individuals, such as myself, and to promote a current charity drive that I am trying to get going for the Oklahoma tornado victims. I have managed to get many groups from around my area, including the Beyond Belief Foundation to back me on this endeavor.
I am located in Newnan, Ga and have my own atheist group entitled "Coweta County Atheists". I am currently being backed by Spaulding Co.…
