Mitigating knuckleheads

Maybe I'm just noticing them before they get kicked, or maybe there actually are more. Dunno.

Is there a way to place a 24 hour waiting period for new members before they're allowed to post ? It would slow the hit and run anuses from making pointless noise.

I think just the time delay should get rid of some of the bigger plank-heads.

We should change the criteria to "You must disbelieve the existence of any god ever to be a member of this site". This will get rid of the fence sitters easier.

This site is called "ATHEISTnexus" isn't it?
