In this month's issue of Awake magazine (Jehovah's Witness's official waste of trees) is the quintessential example of “the pot calling the kettle black” - to wit...
A new group of atheists has arisen in society. Called the new atheists, they are not content to keep their views to themselves.”
Say whaaat??

I get a chuckle picturing a JW on the look-out for someone to say something atheist and not being able to find it anywhere. Then watching their fellow parishoners going around yapping about being saved. Yet the stupid is so pronounced they will not notice. Sigh. Followers. *eye roll*
This is too awesome. I wonder if any of their own people is realizing the irony.
Blank pamphlet in hand.
Oh yes, atheists were sooooo content with staying quiet while the rest of the world jumped and danced and laughed and shoved dieties down everyone else's throats. Then a couple of young firebrands decide to up and say "No thank you."

THE NERVE!
Agreed! Keeping our mouths shut and not disturbing the sensitivities of the disturbed has certianly resulted in a polite environment for the free expression of religious bullshit, which is working out so well. And there in lies the problem. I think it's time to be a little much more impolite toward the deluded, ill mannered assholes. Indeed they should be met with rude rejection and a brief but succinct explanation of why they are little more than a dry turd on the road to stupidville.... fuck their delusions and their piety.
