I googled and came up with nothing connecting Witherspoon to Skeptical Inquirer.

What issue is that? I went to the web page and didn't see that cover.

So it isn't Witherspoon. Thanks for answering her question. I guess the woman is meant to be all of us. That the next major figure in skepticism/atheism is either someone we don't yet know, or is collectively the movement itself. The broad masses.

Thanks, Gold Guy. Yeah, I had already google'd her, too, but hadn't found anything linking her to atheism. I had also looked through my issue of the magazine. I guess I assumed that folks would know that I had tried those things. I like brief. Sorry to any who feel that I may have wasted their time on trivia. Suddenly, I'm remembering why I'm not much of a joiner.
