EDSA is a long stretch of highway in Manila. Our govt, to zap accidents, asked a priest to bless the whole highway with holy water.
am sure it will work.

Permalink Reply by Arcanyn on July 17, 2012 at 3:35am How do they know they're blessing it in the name of the right god? What they should do is bless small segments of the highway in the names of different gods, and then collect the data to see which god is best at preventing traffic accidents. Then they could bless the whole highway in the name of that god, and know that they've chosen the most effective deity for their needs.
Permalink Reply by Joseph Heston on July 21, 2012 at 8:33pm Maybe that's why there are many accidents on the road. The priest keeps blessing the road with holy water and the the cars aren't equipped with all-weather tires (after all, a wet road is harder to drive on).
