Homeopathy in the UK now has Govt support
I posted a discussion piece earlier today referencing the Victorious Pentecostal Assembly (VPA) in the UK, and it's attempts to sell a homeopathic "cure" for aids and cancer which consisted of olive oil and blackcurrant juice. Unfortunately we now have a Govt Minister that is openly supportive of homeopathy.But not of the VPA I can only assume.
Jeremy Hunt is his name and he is the new Health Minister and he thinks that homeopathy should be provided via the National Health Service (NHS) using public funding.Or in other words we in the UK will provide the funds for private wackaloon "cures" that have no scientific basis. These "medicines" will in turn line the pockets of fraudsters and cheats, and all at the expense of the beleaguered UK taxpayers. Please follow the link to the New Scientist article.
