Apparently there is less the matter with Kansas than we thought. I was all set to be disheartened by the letter to the editor in the Topeka newspaper titled "Look to God." But then the comments started coming in. So far, I'm liking the responses and feeling better about the people I live and work with.
There are still lots of things wrong with my state. But it's nice to know I'm not alone in rejecting this kind of nonsense.
