Hmm, if I was of the religious mindset, I'd probably say "That's enough proof for me; the spaghetti monster must be the one and only true god!"

Since I'm not inclined to such delusions...Cute picture! ;-)

It's a sign, of what exactly it is a sign for, I'm not so sure.

Could be that your daughter is the new prophet of his holy noodleness, in which case all the recent movies about Pirates are surely a sign of the prophet's arrival, or your daughter is 4 years old and just drawing stuff. 

Since all opinions are valid, I'm choosing the first option and will, from now on, direct all my pasta-prayers towards the East.
