I've noticed a number of people on my Facebook news feed complaining about a lot of things (I know, no surprise there). Such as how Obama, the Democrats, the libruls, et.al., are taking our rights away. I hate to burst their bubble, but NO ONE has taken their *rights* away - rather, THEY'VE GIVEN THEM AWAY - and they've GIVEN them away to the people who they THINK are on their side!
What do you mean by that, Brent, you may be asking? I'll let my very good friend David 2 explain it all to you in this week's BRUTALLY HONEST commentary: http://brutallyhonestcolumn.blogspot.com/2013/07/week-of-07222013.html
As always, your thoughts and opinions are welcome, either here or on David's page. Comments made here will be forwarded to David. Thanks, of course, for reading and considering David's POV.
The Trayvon Martin-George Zimmerman case and trial certainly garnered a lot of attention - and the outcome is still being used as a basis for discussion (not to mention a LOT of talking points for the punditocracy). But David 2 and a friend of his (and of mine) who goes by the name of Monster got into a discussion about what happened - and what they talked about is the basis of tonight's BRUTALLY HONEST - LIVE! Internet radio show, airing at 8 ET/5 PT TONIGHT on ShockNet Radio: http://d2brutallyhonest.blogspot.com/2013/07/brutally-honest-live-0...
Tune in and/or log on at the ShockNet web site (http://www.shocknetradi0.com/) or via the FREE Apple iTunes player under Music (for newer versions; also click on the Radio icon) or Radio (for older versions) and Classic Rock. And take part in the discussion of tonight's topic (and David's Quick Rants) either by joining in the LIVE and JAVA-FREE chat room by clicking on Chat, ticking the Guest box, typing in any screen name you wish, choosing BH-LIVE! from the drop-down menu and clicking on Log In to join the discussion, or by calling TOLL-FREE (in the second half of the show) at (866) 400-6684 to talk with David about tonight's topic (sure to be a provocative one) or anything else on your mind.
Remember: When the Truth is NOT ENOUGH - It's Time for BRUTALLY HONEST - LIVE! You won't hear stuff this challenging on corporate talk radio - trust me on that one.
I liked his article and agreed with all of his points. But, I did noticed the absence of firearms in the discussion. c'm-on lets be "brutally honest".
