Yes, hotels are frequently used. A male (or a few) rents a room with an adjoining door. Later that day the seller (female or male) comes in with a child and says (something like) Oh, we had room so and so the last time we came through could we have (said) room again? It is generally vacant and they get the room. Inside doors are unlocked, child is molested. Next day business man leaves his room and 'family' checks out of other room. Not hard to do and it does happen.
